‘Cool’ is in the eye of the beholder.
I am the kind of person who makes decisions quickly. Especially business related decisions.
It did not take me long to decide it was time for a blog which enables a forum where customers receive the attention they deserve.
HenceĀ the name. Customers are Cool.
You know, they are. Anyone who is interested in your business and buys something from you, whether it be a service or a product, must be cool.
Now you have to understand that with Cool I don’t exclusively refer to smooth people with sunglasses who drive round with the top down and a toothpick in their mouth.
With Cool I introduce a well known synonym for interesting, energising, funny, worth getting to know….
A little tongue-in-cheek to choose this name, but bear with me on this one. It’ll grow on you.
The thing to remember is that you have to find your customer cool, be interested in your customer, try to understand your customer, want to be with your customer, and of course want to sell to your customer.
The ‘Cool’ is in the eye of the beholder. Your eye.
If your customer is not cool then forget about doing any business as sooner or later your customer will find another beholder whose eye can see the cool.
